Rates, Booking & House Rules

PLEASE BE AWARE: The preferred method for taking reservations is through this website by emailing us at info@theharbourhouseexuma.com. Additionally, the house is shown on Airbnb/VRBO website
(though both sites will charge you a booking fee).

Rates:

RATES SUBJECT TO CHANGE & DO NOT INCLUDE VAT TAX

A $52.50 daily resort fee will be added on to your reservation invoice. This goes directly to The Hideaways Resort. Resort fee will give you access to all property grounds such as outside pool, fitness center, hospitality suite, 24 hour security, use of water sports, free shuttle service into Georgetown, concierge services and more. This fee is not optional.



2024
Standard Rate (Jan. 3rd-Feb. 16th): $428 nightly
High Season (Feb. 17th-Apr. 30th): $448 nightly
Regatta Weekend (Apr. 23rd- Apr. 27th): $648 nightly
Standard Season (May 1st-Sept. 2nd): $428 nightly
Low Season (Sept. 3rd-Nov. 1st) : $408 nightly
Standard Rate (Nov. 2nd-Nov. 22nd): $428 nightly
Thanksgiving (Nov. 23rd-Nov. 30th): $458 nightly
Standard Rate (Dec. 1st-Dec.13th): $428 nightly
Holiday Season: (Dec. 14th-Jan. 2nd) : $478 nightly

$175 cleaning fee
$600 refundable security deposit
1/3 deposit is required upon booking

Standard Season (May 1st-Aug. 31st): $440 nightly
Low Season (Sept. 1st-Oct 31st) : $420 nightly
Standard Rate (Nov. 1st- Nov. 26th): $440 nightly
Thanksgiving (Nov. 27th-Nov. 30th): $470 nightly
Standard Rate (Dec. 1st-Dec.19th): $440 nightly
Holiday Season: (Dec. 20th-Jan. 3rd) : $490 nightly

House Rules:

Lots of time and love has been put into The Harbour House.
Please respect the following rules:

  • Maximum 4 people

  • Check in: 4pm / Check Out: 10am

  • ​Minimum age of booking guest: 25 years old

  • No children under the age of 5 years old

  • No Pets

  • No Smoking in home or balcony (vaping, e-cigarettes, pipes, cigars etc.)

  • No barbecuing on balcony

  • No unapproved outside guests

  • No tampering with security equipment 

 We ask our guests the following:

-Please be respectful of our neighbors by keeping volume at an appropriate level

-Please take out garbage daily and be sure to seal all open food containers

- Please shake out towels and clothings that may contain sand before washing and drying

-Please remove shoes when entering
